For all of our US returns you can now use our Returns Portal which allows you to save time by easily returning your order to us, easily swapping sizes, and self-creating free returns labels.
* Please note: sale items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Sale items can only be returned for store credit.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Jewelry items must be returned in their pouch and in perfect condition. We are unable to accept returns on ring sizers, socks and earrings for hygiene purposes.
How does the portal work?
Using the returns portal is super simple, just log in with your order number and you’ll be given the option to return or exchange your items with ease.
To begin your return or exchange follow these steps:
- Open the Returns Portal
- Enter your Order Number and the Email Address that was used on the order
- Select the item(s) you would like to return to us
- Select if you would like to return or exchange the items
- Print the postage label and attach it to the outside of the package
- Drop it off at your nearest Drop Off Point shown in the portal
Once we receive and verify your return, your new replacements will automatically be sent out to you.
