The Gold Sash Necklace is a hexagon shaped pendant with a lightly detailed face and 6 bespoke hallmarks on the back. The necklace is made from Gold Plated 925 Sterling Silver and is hallmarked to verify its quality. This necklace has also been marked with the limited edition Jubilee Mark, which is only available for this year, 2022.
The Jubilee Collection is a celebration of 70 years of Queen Elizabeth II & classic British jewelery. The Sash Necklace epitomizes both of these concepts in one, double sided pendant.
The front of the pendant features a diagonal sash detail, reminiscent of the sashes (Ribands) that the queen wears for formal occasions. Sashes are worn over the left shoulder, and when wearing the necklace, the sash follows the same direction.
On the back of the pendant are 6 struck hallmarks; 'SDN' (Serge DeNimes sponsors mark), Lion (Silver Fineness mark), '925' (showing Silver material), Crown (the mark of Serge DeNimes hallmarking), letter mark (showing what year the item was marked, X = 2022) and the Jubilee Mark, this mark is limited edition for 2022.
The pendant is approx 19mm in height and 2mm thick and sits on a fine 2mm Figaro chain that can be worn at different lengths, from 51cm to 57cm and is finished with a Gold Plated Sterling Silver lobster clasp. To complete the look, layer this necklace with the Gold Curb Chain & the Gold Riband Ring.
Please note, due to the marks being struck by hand, there is a chance of bruising around the marks & on the inside of the ring. This is completely normal and will not affect the quality of the necklace.
